For waste plastic mixed with sand, paper and metal scraps, we suggest continuous double-station hydraulic screen changer with multi-layer filter mesh. If impurity content is extremely high, self-cleaning backflush screen changer is better, which reduces frequent screen replacement and cut waste material by over 80%.

Our screen changers cover screw diameter d50-d360mm. Single plate hydraulic model supports 50-800kg/h; continuous non-stop model max up to 2000kg/h. Please tell your extruder screw size and target output, we will offer exact model and technical drawing.

Standard regular models have stock, ship out within 3-7 working days. Custom flange, high temperature/high pressure non-standard model production cycle 15-25 working days.
