Q:What types of melt gear pumps do you produce for plastic extruders?

We have three main series: standard extrusion melt pump, high pressure melt pump, high viscosity melt pump. Standard type for PE, PP pelletizing, pipe, sheet; high pressure type for PET, PA, thin film; high viscosity model for PVC, adhesive, recycled plastic with high viscosity.
Q:What output range can your melt pump reach? What extruder screw sizes match?
A:
Our melt pump displacement covers 5cc/r-12000cc/r, hourly output 20-5000kg/h, matching extruder screw diameter d45-d380mm. Tell me your raw material, extruder screw size and required hourly output, I will recommend the correct model.
Q:Which melt pump is suitable for PET sheet / BOPET film production line?
A:
PET requires high pressure and high temperature resistance. We recommend our high-pressure PET dedicated melt pump with alloy gear and nitrided body, stable melt pressure, low pulse, to ensure uniform film thickness.
Q:What is the max working temperature and max pressure of your melt pump?
A:
Standard model: max temperature 300, max outlet pressure 35MPa. High-temperature customized version up to 380; high-pressure model can reach 50MPa for PET, PA engineering plastic.
Q:Can melt pump stabilize melt pressure? How much pressure fluctuation can it reduce?
A:
The core function of melt pump is constant pressure feeding. It can reduce extruder melt pressure fluctuation by over 90%, make product thickness uniform, reduce waste rate and improve production stability.
