Q:What is the core function of this chocolate tempering machine?

It completes the standard three-stage tempering process of heating, cooling and heat preservation through closed-loop circulating system, stabilizes cocoa butter crystal form inside chocolate, so the finished chocolate has bright luster, crisp taste and is not easy to bloom or turn white.
Q:Will the pipeline get blocked when the machine pauses production?
A:
The entire material pipeline and storage hopper are wrapped with water circulation constant temperature insulation layer. Chocolate keeps flowing in a stable fluid state during standby, effectively avoiding solidification and pipeline clogging.
Q:Is it easy to clean residual chocolate after production?
A:
The feeding hopper, circulating pump and discharge nozzle can be quickly disassembled without extra tools. You can directly rinse with warm water to clear residual chocolate, prevent different flavors from mixing and deteriorating.
