Our standard pricing is FOB [Xiamen/Shanghai]. You (the buyer) arrange and pay for main carriage, insurance, and destination charges (including customs clearance, duties, and VAT). We do not include marine insurance and are not liable for loss or damage during transit, but we assist with replacements or coordination if issues arise.

While we take great care in production and packaging, we do not assume responsibility for damage or loss during shipping as this falls under the carrier's or insurer's scope. If you receive damaged items, please take clear photos, notify your freight forwarder or insurance company, and share details with us. We may offer support such as discounted replacement parts or priority re-production based on the situation.
