It depends on the size of your playground. Typically, it takes three working days to complete the overall design.

Q:What are the trade and payment terms?

Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP are all accepted. Payment terms: 30% T/T as a deposit, with the balance due before loading. We also accept L/C at sight, Western Union, credit card, PayPal, or cash for trial orders.

Q:Does your product have any certificates?

Our products comply with the EU standard. However, for indoor & outdoor playgrounds, we don't have a certificate for every model because most are customized. Therefore, the certificate is usually applied for by our client, taking cost into account.

Q:What should we do if this is our first time importing?

If you have no imported license, please find a customs company local to help with customs clearance.
