After you finish preparation conditions (water, electricity, air, materials) and contact sales, we will dispatch an engineer. Once visa is secured, the engineer will arrive within 15 days.

Q:When can I get my machine after I paid?

Production time is around 30-60 days depending on the machine type. Shipping time depends on your destination port.

Q:How to install my machines when it arrives? How much is the cost?

We send engineers to install and train staff. Customer pays for round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and USD 200/day/person.

Q:How long time for installation?

We send one or two engineers. Installation takes about 10 to 25 days depending on the order.

Q:How about the spare parts?

We send one year of easy broken spare parts with the machine. During warranty, we supply spare parts including delivery fees at our cost.
