Q:How long does it take to switch between C and Z profiles?
A:
With our full automatic PLC control system, the C-to-Z profile switch takes only 1-3 minutes. The operator simply selects the profile on the touch screen, and the rollers adjust automatically without manual tool changes.
Q:What is the maximum material thickness this machine can handle?
A:
The standard model handles galvanized and cold-rolled steel from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. We also offer customized heavy-duty versions for thicknesses up to 4.0mm upon request.
Q:Is the size adjustment (Web/Flange) manual or automatic?
A:
It is fully automatic. You can set the Web width (80-300mm) and Flange height (30-80mm) directly on the HMI touch screen. The machine uses high-precision motors to move the rollers to the exact position.
Q:Which brand of PLC and electronic components do you use?
A:
We use Delta (Taiwan) PLC and HMI as standard. Other electrical components like breakers and contactors are from or Chint to ensure global parts availability and reliability.
Q:What is the production speed of the machine?
A:
The forming speed is approximately 15-25 meters per minute, excluding the time for punching and cutting. The actual output depends on the hole pattern complexity and purlin length.
