Forging transforms a solid from one shape to another through plastic forming, while casting transforms liquid metal into a solid shape. Forging is a solid-to-solid process, whereas casting is a solid-liquid-solid process.

Quality is checked via external observation for surface defects like cracks or wrinkles, and internal inspection for chemical composition, structure, and mechanical properties like tensile strength and hardness using specialized instruments.

The process includes pier roughening, elongation, punching, and expanding. Free forging uses a horse screw for hole expansion, while ring rolling uses rolling for the same purpose.

Available materials include C45, 42CrMo, and others, complying with international standards such as ASTM, AISI, DIN, JIS, and BS.

We offer quenching, tempering, normalizing, and annealing to achieve desired hardness and mechanical properties, such as balancing strength and toughness.
