MgO-C refractory bricks for BOF is high-performance refractories mainly applied to the lining of steelmaking converters, featuring excellent slag resistance and high temperature resistance.
MgO-C refractory bricks for BOF are applicable to converter areas including furnace mouth, furnace hood, furnace bottom, tapping hole, trunnion and molten bath.
They feature high temperature resistance and excellent resistance to molten slag penetration and erosion.
With superior thermal shock resistance, the bricks remain crack-free under repeated heating and cooling cycles.
They also possess high hot structural strength, and can withstand scouring by molten steel as well as mechanical impact.
