Al2O3-MgO-C refractory bricks for ladle are high-performance mainstream refractories dedicated to non-slag line areas of steel ladles.
Prepared with bauxite/corundum, magnesia and flake graphite as the main raw materials, supplemented with aluminum metal and other antioxidants
the bricks are produced through phenolic resin bonding, high-pressure molding and low-temperature curing processes
Al2O3-MgO-C refractory bricks for ladle are mainly applied to the working layer of steel ladle walls and bottoms.
Featuring excellent thermal shock resistance, strong scouring resistance and long service life, the bricks can withstand direct impact of molten steel during tapping.
With outstanding structural stability, they ensure long-term and stable service of steel ladles.
