Cationic Pink X-Fg Basic Red 13 Dyes for Acrylic Fiber

Cationic Pink X-FG (C.I. Basic Red 13) offers superior light fastness compared to many other pink cationic dyes, making it suitable for high-exposure applications. It also provides excellent build-up and leveling properties, ensuring uniform dyeing results even on difficult-to-dye acrylic substrates.

The recommended dyeing temperature is 105~110 degree. When dyeing acrylic fibers, gradually raise the temperature to the fiber's glass transition point (75~85 degree), then increase slowly at 1degree per 2~4 minutes to ensure level dyeing and prevent unevenness.

It is commonly used in combination with other cationic dyes for medium to deep shades. It works particularly well as the red component in trichromatic dyeing systems with compatible yellow and blue cationic dyes to achieve reproducible results.

Cationic Pink X-FG has good compatibility with most cationic dyes used in acrylic dyeing. For trichromatic systems, it pairs well with Cationic Yellow and Cationic Blue dyes that have similar dyeing rates, ensuring consistent shade reproduction batch to batch.
