Cationic Yellow X-8gl Basic Yellow 13 Dyes for Acrylic Textile Chemicals

Cationic Yellow X-8GL (C.I. Basic Yellow 13) offers a distinctive greenish-yellow shade with excellent light fastness and good build-up properties. Its bright, clean tone makes it particularly suitable as the yellow component in trichromatic dyeing systems to achieve vibrant, reproducible shades on acrylic.

The recommended dyeing temperature is 105-110 degree. When dyeing acrylic fibers, gradually raise the temperature to the fiber's glass transition point (75-85 degree), then increase slowly at 1 degree per 2-4 minutes to ensure level dyeing and prevent unevenness.

It can be used alone for bright greenish-yellow shades. More commonly, it is used as the yellow component in trichromatic dyeing systems with compatible cationic red and blue dyes to achieve a broad spectrum of shades on acrylic and modified polyester substrates.

Cationic Yellow X-8GL has excellent compatibility with most cationic dyes used in acrylic dyeing. It pairs particularly well with cationic red and blue dyes of similar dyeing rates, ensuring consistent shade reproduction and levelness across production batches.
