How long does sea shipping take from China?

About 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week for customs clearance (6-7 weeks total). 2 weeks to the US East Coast and 3 weeks to the West Coast. All sea goods ship from Ningbo Port.

What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are negotiable. We prefer a 30% deposit and balance by T/T before shipment. For tooling, 50% deposit is required. T/T 15 days after shipment may also be acceptable.

Can we visit the factory for an audit?

Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory.

How are complaints handled?

Please provide photos and details of complaints. We will immediately check with production and QC departments and provide a solution agreed upon by both parties, bearing all costs including shipping.
