For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. Delivery time varies by machine type and capacity.

Q:What are the payment terms and trade terms?

We normally accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.

Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?

For small machines, they are shipped as a whole unit; you just need power and water. For larger plants, some components may be separated for shipping, but an installation brochure is provided for easy setup.

Q:For Water Cooled and Air cooled Machine, Which one is better?

It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper, air cooled is recommended. If water is more economical, choose water cooled.

Q:What is the warranty time?
