For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days. Flake ice machines are generally the fastest.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine myself?
A:
For small machines, you just need to prepare power and water. For larger plants, we ship some components separately but provide an easy-to-follow installation brochure.
Q:Which is better, water-cooled or air-cooled?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is abundant and cheaper than water, air-cooled is recommended. Otherwise, choose water-cooled based on your resources.
Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
We provide an 18-month warranty. Any issues can be reported, and we will solve inquiries within 24 hours.
