For small capacity machines (1-5 tons), it takes about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity machines, it takes around 20-30 working days.
Q:What are the payment terms and trade terms?

We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. Trade terms are FOB Shenzhen.
Q:Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?
A:
For small machines, just prepare power and water. For larger plants, an installation brochure is provided, and it is easy to install.
Q:Which is better, Water Cooled or Air Cooled?
A:
It depends on your situation. If electricity is cheaper and more abundant, air cooled is recommended. Otherwise, choose water cooled.
Q:What is the warranty time?
A:
The warranty period is 18 months. Any questions can be resolved within 24 hours.
