This allows operators to quickly raise or lower the front overlapping lip to match the exact deck height of varying transport vehicles or containers.

The high-tensile safety chains are scurely welded to the front main beam of the ramp chassis. To secure the unit, the operator loops the chains tightly through the containers' corner locking castings or around the semi-trailers' rear impact guard bumper frame, clamping the chain links firmly using the included heavy-duty screw-pin shackles to eliminate forward or backward movement.

Solid steel plate surfaces can trap water, mud, oil, and snow, creating a slick hazard that spins forklift tires and burns rubber. The open serrated mesh allows all weather debris to fall straight through onto the ground below, while the sharp, notched edges of the steel grid provide high-friction mechanical traction for forklift tires, even during freezing weather.
