Once preparation conditions (water, electricity, air, materials) are met, contact sales. Engineers will arrive within 15 days after visa cooperation.
Q:What is the production and shipping time?

Production takes 30-60 days depending on the machine. Shipping time depends on your destination port.
Q:How are installation costs handled?
A:
We send engineers to install and train staff. You cover round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and USD 200/day/person.
Q:How long does installation take?
A:
Depending on the order, one or two engineers will take about 10 to 25 days for installation at your plant.
Q:What is the warranty policy for spare parts?
A:
We provide one year of easy-wearing spare parts. During warranty, we supply parts with our cost, including delivery fees.
