Q:How to install my machines when it arrives? How much does it cost?

We send engineers to install and train your staff. You pay for round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and USD 200/day/person.

Q:How long does installation take?

Depending on your order, we send one or two engineers. Installation takes about 10 to 25 days.

Q:What about the spare parts?

We send one year of easy-wearing spare parts with the machine. During the warranty, we supply spare parts at our cost, including delivery fees.
