The top traction rollers automatically pull waste edge trims into crushing chamber. No manual waste collection required, works synchronously with main production line.
Shear-type cutting blades generate little heat, avoiding melting and agglomeration of film scraps. Crushed material is pneumatically conveyed via pipeline back to extruder hopper for direct reuse.
Adjustable traction speed to match film blower production speed, preventing edge trim breakage or accumulation.
Standard carbon steel blades; optional tungsten carbide blades with service life about 10 times longer.
