Yes, we offer OEM & ODM custom machining service. We can produce parts strictly according to your 2D drawings, 3D STEP / IGES files or original physical samples.

Q:What is your sample lead-time and sample cost?

Sample lead-time is 7-12 working days. The sample fee will be charged first, and it can be partially or fully refunded when you place formal mass production orders later.

Q:What kinds of surface finishing options do you provide for aluminum parts?

We can do natural finish, sandblasting, clear or colored anodizing, powder coating. Different surface treatments can meet your anti-corrosion and appearance requirements.

Q:What tolerance can you achieve for CNC machined aluminum parts?

Normally we can reach tolerance 0.05-0.08mm. Tighter tolerance is available upon special request based on your drawing.

Q:What is your mass-production delivery time?
