Q:What is the warranty period and coverage?
A:
The machine comes with a one-year warranty service. However, consumables like printheads and the ink system are not covered. Lifetime warranty covers mechanical defects only.
Q:What happens if the print heads are damaged during shipping?
A:
For sea orders, print heads are not included with the machine due to risk of damage. If shipped separately, the buyer bears the cost if they are damaged or lost. Air orders include print heads with the machine.
Q:Can I exchange the machine if I am not satisfied?
A:
Yes, within 5 days after payment, you can exchange the machine at the same price for no reason or pay the difference to upgrade to a higher-priced product.
Q:Who bears the shipping costs for repairs due to user error?
A:
If the machine is damaged due to buyer operating error, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for accessories and repairs.
Q:Are there restrictions on shipping ink?
A:
Some freight forwarders cannot transport ink. You must use designated forwarders. Delays or extra expenses due to ink shipping restrictions are borne by the buyer.
