In other words, does the whole base ( including the stand ) need to turn or does just the Dish support turn? The whole unit can be rotated, on the wheels, or you can just rotate the parabola and the mount ring by rotating it on the center axis, or the center post. Both ways work fine. I leave my center post screw loose so that I can rotate it easily
