Q:What does the product consist of?

The system consists of the advanced CIS camera set, rewinding & winding mechanism, IPC and vision inspection software, a perfect combination of hardware and software. It does not include the printer.

Q:Is the system easy to install and operate?

The machine is previously integated together before shipment. We will provide remote video guidance support to help customer finish installation. Software is easy to use, and only takes several days for operator to learn and start to operate.

Q:What kind of labels can this machine inspect?

The machine is designed originally to inspect barcode & text labels printed by professional industrial printerprs, such as Zebra, Honeywell. But it also can inspect the color labels which are pre-printed by large printing machines. Follow the manual to set up an inspection model as per your specific label, and start to examine your label rolls.
