Yes. The machine is equipped with a flexible die head and adjustable cooling rollers. You can easily switch between bubble film and stretch film by adjusting the operating parameters

Q:The layer structure is 2-7 layers. How does the switch work?

Switching between layers does not require changing the die head. You simply adjust the co-extrusion distributor settings on the control panel. The whole process takes about 30 minutes

Q:I need to produce film for e-commerce packaging. Which layer structure is best?

For standard e-commerce packaging, a 2-layer or 3-layer structure is sufficient. If you require higher strength and puncture resistance, we recommend the 5-layer configuration

Q:What is the maximum film width this machine can produce?

The standard maximum width is up to 2000mm. We can customize the die head to produce narrower or wider film based on your requirements

Q:How many operators are needed to run this line?
