Both extruders (55mm and 75mm) adopt a 30:1 L/D ratio, which ensures high plastidizing efficiency and stable melt quality for stretch film production.

A:
The standard film width is 1000mm (can be split into 2*500mm or 3*300mm), and the thickness ranges from 0.008mm to 0.05mm, covering most stretch film and cling film applications.
Q:What raw materials can this machine process?
A:
It mainly processes LLDPE, and is also compatible with LDPE, PE, CPE, and PEVA. The ABA layer structure with a 40%/60% layer ratio provides good mechanical properties and material cost balance.
Q:Is the winding system fully automatic?
A:
Yes. The machine is equipped with PLC-controlled automatic roll change, automatic paper core loading, and automatic cutting. The winding station also adopts a turret-type upward winding with cylinder assistance for stable and tight rolls.
