Q:What is the actual output capacity of this model?
A:
With a standard 90mm screw and 55kW motor, the stable output is approximately 200-300 kg/h. We can increase the screw size to achieve up to 500kg/h if needed
Q:I mainly process dirty film scrap. Will the screw wear out quickly?
A:
We use high-quality 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel. For extremely abrasive materials, we recommend upgrading to a Bimetallic screw, which extends the lifespan by 40%
Q:Can I use this machine for both film and rigid plastic lumps?
A:
Yes. The single screw and force feeding system are designed to handle both lightweight film bags and rigid plastic lumps with stable performance
Q:I don't have a hydraulic pump station. Does this machine come with one?
A:
Yes. The machine comes with a complete, integrated hydraulic power pack including the pump, oil tank, and control valves. It is ready to use right out of the box
Q:My local voltage is 440V/60Hz. Can you match it?
A:
