BB4 pumps are widely applied in high-pressure continuous process industries, including petroleum refining, petrochemical processing, chemical plant medium delivery, power plant auxiliary systems, boiler feed water circulation, industrial high-pressure water supply and process fluid pressurization. It is especially suitable for working conditions requiring stable high-head pressurization and long-term non-stop operation.

Firstly, the radial split casing structure of BB4 pump has far higher pressure-bearing limit than ordinary end-suction and axial split pumps. Secondly, the optimized high-head hydraulic impeller and volute structure converts more kinetic energy into pressure energy with low hydraulic loss. In addition, the high-rigidity between-bearing rotor system avoids performance attenuation caused by shaft deformation under high pressure, ensuring stable high-head output.

BB4 pump features modular and standardized design for easy maintenance. Although its radial split structure requires pipeline disassembly during integral rotor maintenance, all wearing parts (shaft sleeve, wear ring, mechanical seal) are universal and standardized. The independent bearing and sealing structures support separate replacement and maintenance, with simple operation and low maintenance difficulty and cost for daily routine upkeep.

Yes. Standard BB4 pumps support medium temperature up to 200 celsius degree, and customized high-temperature versions can adapt to higher temperature working conditions. Equipped with high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, heat-resistant bearing accessories and optimized thermal deformation prevention structure, it can stably transport high-temperature oil products, chemical media and hot circulating water without thermal deformation or performance failure.
