Q:How do I request a quote and place an order?

Request a quote via website, email, or direct contact. Provide product info, working conditions, and configuration needs. After confirmation, we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for payment and production arrangements.
Q:Can an order be modified or canceled after confirmation?
A:
Changes before production are usually accommodated. If materials are procured or production started, changes or cancellation may incur costs and require negotiation.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 30% deposit and 70% pre-shipment. Other negotiable methods include PayPal, bank drafts, etc. We do not accept Letters of Credit (L/C).
Q:How long after payment is shipment arranged?
A:
Standard products ship in 5-7 business days after full payment. Customized products have a separate production cycle confirmed before shipment.
Q:What shipping methods do you offer, and how is freight calculated?
A:
We offer sea freight (FCL/LCL), railway, and multimodal transport. Freight is calculated based on cargo volume, weight, destination, and method, detailed in the PI.
