Q:What is wet process or double decomposition method?

Produced by double decomposition in aqueous medium. Sodium stearate is formed by saponification, then reacts with magnesium salt solution. After water washing, centrifugal dehydration, drying and sieving. Compared with fusion method, it features whiter color, uniform particle size and low free fatty acid.

Q:What are the key specifications ?

White fine powder; Mg content 4.0 to 5.0 percent; free fatty acid less than 0.5 percent; moisture less than 0.8 percent ; melting point approx.108~115 degree; insoluble in water.

Q:Which industries and applications ?

PVC resin roof tiles, plastic pipes, profiles, foamed boards, edge banding; rubber release agent; matting agent for paint; flow aid for powder coating. Industrial grade only

Q:What is the packaging and shipping method?

Standard packaging: 20 kg net weight in kraft paper bags with PE inner liner (also available in 25 kg bags).
