Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

STARRY guarantees all new products and parts to the first owner-operator to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 months from B/L date, under normal use and service.
Q:What is the warranty period and after-sales service?
A:
We offer 18 months free maintenance and life-long service. During the warranty, we provide new parts free of charge (excluding damage from improper operation). After warranty, spare parts are provided at basic cost. We also send engineers for installation, testing, and training.
Q:How about the spare parts supply?
A:
We send one set of spare parts with the machine delivery. Our spare parts department provides professional technical advice and relevant information. We speed up service and spare parts supply to ensure minimal downtime.
Q:What materials can this machine process?
A:
The line treats PE/LDPE/LLDPE film, PP woven bags, PP jumbo bags, waste agricultural film, industrial packing film, PE/HDPE/PP bottles, pipes, lumps, and other injection waste materials.
Q:What is the final product quality?
A:
The process turns dirty material into clean and dry scraps suitable for pelletizing. The final moisture content is less than 1%, and the flakes are clean for reprocessing.
