12-months warranty is provided for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What payment terms should I use?

For sample, trial, and repeat orders, we accept T/T payment: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before transportation. L/C payment is only available for designated countries' clients.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

For samples, the best delivery way is via airplane transport (or land transport), taking one week to the destination airport. For large quantities, the best shipping way is via ocean ship (or land transport), taking one month to the destination port. The nearest sea port is Shenzhen/Guangzhou.
