We send 1-2 engineers for installation and debugging, taking about 10 days. Customers bear visa, flight, accommodation, and a $100 USD/day allowance. If engineers cannot travel due to virus restrictions, we provide detailed drawings and online guidance. Customers need local mechanical/electrical engineers. Equipment is pre-tested in the factory with marked components.
