The equipment possesses strong feedstock adaptability. It sets up corresponding pretreatment stages such as crushing, grinding, and homogenization for different feedstocks to ensure particle size and moisture content meet requirements. For example, straw requires grinding, and fruit tree branches require crushing.

The single-unit carbonization equipment has a daily processing capacity of up to 50 tons, and the torrefaction equipment has a daily processing capacity of up to 100 tons. The overall capacity ranges from 24 to 96 tons per day and is customizable according to project needs.

The equipment can treat various agricultural and forestry residues including fruit tree branches, cotton stalks, corn cobs, peanut shells, straw, livestock and poultry manure, as well as bamboo and wood waste like bamboo scraps and timber waste.
