Single Component Polyurethane Waterproofing Coating for Vertical Concrete Surfaces Sag Resistant Dense Film High Elasticity and Easy Application

The thixotropic formulation prevents sagging or slumping on vertical surfaces and pitched roofs. It maintains a smooth, uniform finish during vertical application without material runoff, which reduces waste and rework on sidewalls of underground structures.

It is designed for non-exposed waterproofing on concrete surfaces that are sound, smooth, dry and fully cured. Common applications include sidewalls of underground structures, pitched roofs and other vertical or inclined surfaces prone to sagging.

Apply 2-3 coats with a total thickness of at least 1.5mm. The first coat should be approximately 0.5mm. Reference dosage is 1.5kg per square meter for 1mm thickness. Allow approximately 24 hours between coats.

Packed in 25KG buckets. Store inverted at 5 to 40 degrees Celsius, away from fire, direct sunlight and rain. Once opened, use within 4 hours and reseal remaining material.

For roof applications, a protective layer is required. Apply 3-5cm cement mortar or lay paving tiles after the coating has fully cured for areas subject to foot traffic.
