Yes, our machines support both. Cold pressing involves pressing raw, dry seeds directly, usually requiring two passes to maximize oil yield. Hot pressing involves pressing roasted seeds (e.g., peanuts roasted to 125-130 degree centigrade with 1-2% moisture), which typically requires only one pass to achieve maximum oil extraction.

Our machines are fully tested and assembled before shipping. Upon receipt, you only need to perform a 2-4 hour "wear-in" process before starting regular operation. The wear-in method: Mix 10KG oil cake, 1KG sand, and 1KG water, feed it into the press, and gradually adjust the cake thickness over 3 hours (3mm in the 1st hour, 2.5mm in the 2nd hour, and 2mm in the 3rd hour).

The standard delivery time is usually 20-30 days after order confirmation. This period allows us to prepare the machine to export standards, conduct factory wear-in tests, manufacture fumigated wooden boxes, and arrange shipping with our forwarder.

The machine is highly durable, with the main body capable of running continuously for over 10 years. When worn out, you only need to replace these specific parts instead of the whole machine, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
