Lemon tea factory manufacturers

When establishing a lemon tea factory, the extraction system and filtration technology are paramount. You must ensure the equipment supports cold-press extraction or low-temperature steeping to preserve the volatile aromatic compounds and Vitamin C. Look for SUS304 or SUS316 food-grade stainless steel construction to prevent citric acid corrosion. Additionally, the UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) sterilization unit must be precisely calibrated to ensure shelf stability without compromising the fresh flavor profile.

Compliance is non-negotiable in the beverage industry. Suppliers must provide HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and ISO 22000 certifications. For specific markets, verify FDA registration (USA) or EFSA compliance (EU). It is critical to request pesticide residue test reports for the raw lemon ingredients and ensure that all packaging materials are BPA-free and meet international food-contact safety standards.

The packaging line should feature high-speed aseptic filling capabilities to minimize oxidation. For bottled lemon tea, prioritize machines with nitrogen flushing to extend shelf life. If sourcing tea bags, ensure the equipment supports ultrasonic sealing rather than glue-based sealing to maintain purity. The integration of automated labeling and inkjet coding for batch traceability is essential for modern supply chain management.

Calculate the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) by factoring in energy consumption, water usage, and waste management. High-efficiency CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems can reduce downtime by up to 20%, significantly improving ROI. Compare the yield rate of different extraction machines; a 5% increase in juice extraction efficiency can lead to substantial long-term savings in raw material costs.

The biggest risks include technical incompatibility (voltage/frequency differences) and damage during transit. Always specify 380V/50Hz or 220V/60Hz requirements based on your local grid. Ensure the contract mandates seaworthy vacuum packaging and wooden crate reinforcement to prevent salt-air corrosion and mechanical impact during sea freight.

Focus on milestone-based payments (e.g., 30% deposit, 40% after successful factory fat-test, 30% after installation). Request a spare parts package (valves, seals, sensors) for at least 2 years of operation as part of the initial deal. On Made-in-China.com, prioritize Diamond Members and those with Audited Supplier reports to ensure the factory's physical existence and production capacity.

Utilize Secured Trading services provided by the platform to protect your funds. Never transfer full payments to private accounts; always use corporate bank accounts verified by the platform. For large production lines, hiring a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or BV) to conduct a pre-shipment inspection is a vital security step to verify that the machinery matches the agreed-upon specifications.

Due to the volume and weight, FCL (Full Container Load) shipping is the standard. Use 40ft High Cube (HC) containers for tall tanks. For oversized components like large fermentation vats, you may need Flat Rack containers. Ensure the supplier provides a detailed loading plan to maximize space and prevent shifting during transport, and always purchase marine cargo insurance covering 110% of the CIF value.
