Instead of just pushing for the lowest unit price, negotiate for a 3-5% 'overage' supply (extra stones) to cover potential loss during the heat-transfer process. Mention that you are looking for a strategic partner for seasonal collections, which encourages the supplier to offer Tier-1 pricing and prioritized production slots.

Hotfix stones are heavy and friction can scratch the facets. Ensure they are packed in thick, vacuum-sealed plastic bags inside double-corrugated export cartons. For large motifs/transfers, they must be placed between protective silicone release paper to prevent the glue from sticking to other sheets during transit in high-temperature shipping containers. For urgent fashion cycles, Air Freight (DHL/FedEx) is preferred to avoid moisture buildup in sea containers.
