Yes. Each head has its own take-up speed regulator and independent tension settings. While the horn gear speed is common, you can adjust take-up speed per head to achieve slightly different braid densities or diameters.
Q:What yarns are suitable for such fine braiding?
A:
The machine handles very fine yarns - from 20/2 Ne cotton to 50-denier nylon, polyester, silk, and even metallic threads. It is also compatible with PTFE-coated yarns for medical applications.
Q:How do I maintain consistent tension with so few spindles per head?
A:
Each bobbin is equipped with a precision spring-loaded brake, and the overall low spindle count reduces cumulative tension variation. An optional digital tension display can be added for critical applications.
