50 TPD Raw Corn Capacity: Processes about 2.08 metric tons of raw corn per hour on a continuous 24 hour design basis.
Continuous Industrial Route: Coordinates cleaning, conditioning, dehulling, separation, grinding, sifting, storage, and packing at a larger scale.
Capacity Balanced Preparation: Cleaning, destoning, magnetic protection, water addition, and tempering are selected for the full design flow.
Staged Dehulling And Finishing: Uses controlled mechanical duties to remove skin, clean the surface, and assist germ release with limited overprocessing.
Two Stage Aspiration: Removes loose skin, dust, and light material after dehulling and again after surface finishing and germ loosening.
Grading And Germ Selection: Creates suitable particle groups for density separation, product branching, recheck, and controlled return.
Independent Product Branches: Sends qualified grits to brushing and selected clean endosperm to roller grinding, staged sifting, and flour collection.
Expanded Flow Reserve: Screening area, wind volume, conveying, storage, and packing are sized from actual branch flow rather than simple scale multiplication.
Ordinary Germ Recovery: Collects a regular germ rich byproduct while keeping dedicated high purity or low fat production as a separate upgrade route.
Automation Ready Design: PLC control, online monitoring, color sorting, terminal checking, automatic packing, and palletizing can be added by project need.

It means a nominal raw corn processing capacity of 50 metric tons in 24 hours, or about 2.08 metric tons per hour. It is not finished product output.
Q:Is the 50 TPD process different from the 30 TPD process?
A:
The main standard process logic is the same. Equipment capacity, screening area, wind volume, conveying, storage, branch arrangement, and packing are enlarged from actual flow calculations.
Q:Can the line produce several grits sizes and corn flour?
A:
Yes. Product grading and branching can produce large, medium, and small grits plus corn flour. The product mix is confirmed before roller and sifter allocation.
Q:What product ratios can be used for planning?
A:
On cleaned corn entering processing, grits may reference 45 to 55 percent, flour 20 to 30 percent, and combined output 76 to 80 percent. Final guarantees require agreed corn and tests.
Q:Does higher capacity require a dedicated degerminator?
A:
Not automatically. The standard route can recover an ordinary germ rich byproduct. Dedicated degermination is selected only when low fat products or high purity germ justify the upgrade.
