The applicable tart diameter ranges from 40mm to 90mm. You only need to replace different forming molds to produce tart shells of 4.5cm, 7cm, 8cm, 10cm and other sizes. The dough thickness can be adjusted between 0.3mm and 3mm to meet different crispness requirements.
