also known as neutral furnace lining material and neutral ramming compound, is a neutral refractory dry vibratory material mainly made of alumina, corundum and high-alumina bauxite.
It is the mainstream lining material for melting carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals in medium frequency furnaces.
The neutral material for medium frequency furnaces features easy construction. It is formed by dry ramming without water addition. After sintering, it achieves high density and superior strength.
With excellent chemical stability, it resists erosion by acid and basic slags and will not contaminate molten steel.
It has outstanding high-temperature resistance, maintaining stable structure without softening or deformation under high heat.
The product features good workability for forming, achieves high compaction via dry ramming, and presents great integrity after sintering.
