Fast Scarlet RC Base Azoic Diazo Component 13 Naphthol Dye for Textile

When coupled with Naphthol AS series, it produces bright red and peach red shades. The coupling ability is strong with medium coupling speed, making it suitable for producing deep, vivid red tones on cotton and cellulosic fibers.

Main applications include cotton dyeing and printing, viscose, silk, nylon, and diacetate fiber dyeing. It is also used as an intermediate for organic pigments, azo pigments, and other dye intermediates.

Fast Scarlet RC Base is supplied as a pre-formed diazonium salt, eliminating the need for in-plant diazotisation. This offers process simplicity, consistent coupling performance, and is more economical compared to reactive dyes for producing deep red shades.

Fast Scarlet RC Base (CAS 27165-17-9) is the stabilised diazonium salt form, ready for direct use in dyeing. Fast Scarlet R Base (CAS 99-59-2) is the precursor amine, which requires diazotisation before use. RC Base eliminates an additional processing step.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use. Use appropriate protective equipment during handling. The product should be stored under proper conditions to maintain stability and activity.
