The elastic scrapers are ground at an angle using a traditional water-grinding process. The main reason for variation is the wear of grinding wheels during batch processing, which causes slight thickness differences that affect the soft and hard feel. This is unavoidable with existing technology.

This is related to the oblique grinding required to achieve the elastic effect. The front end is ground very thinly, leaving oblique grinding marks and collapse arcs at the starting point. This is an inevitable process residue of elastic products and does not affect service life.

The blade is made of martensitic stainless steel 420J2 (magnetic). While corrosion resistance meets basic chemical industry needs, it may rust if soaked, left dirty, or stored improperly. It is recommended to clean, wipe dry, and store in a dry place after use.

The blade can naturally restore after bending to a certain angle. However, if bent beyond the cutting range, it will still deform.

The back of the blade is hand-polished for smoothness, which may leave arcs and edges at corners. In batch production, rivet holes may not be 100% centered, causing some handles to be slightly misaligned.
