This sofa bed mechanism is shown fully extended with its black tubular steel frame opened into three linked sections.
Hinged joints between the sections allow the whole frame to fold back into a compact shape for seating.
A gray fabric mattress panel with a black binding is stretched across the frame and connected by rows of small coil springs.
Folding legs in V and A shapes support the sections when the bed is opened out for use.
Linkage rods and drilled end plates complete the mechanism and provide the fixing points to the sofa body.
