This charcoal gray sofa is shown with its sleeping mechanism opened out, exposing the tubular steel frame inside the seat cavity.
The sofa shell is upholstered in a heathered woven fabric with boxy arms and a low back of matching height.
The extended frame is made of matte silver tubular metal divided into hinged sections that fold back into the sofa body.
Half of the sleeping platform is formed by a tensioned wire mesh, and the other half by a crosshatch grid of thick black webbing secured with small hooks and springs.
A layer of gray quilted padding lies under the support decks, and short metal legs near the folding joints steady the frame on the floor.
