This pull-out mechanism is built as a skeletal frame of rectangular steel tubing with a uniform matte black powder-coated finish.
The frame is divided into a stationary outer base and inner sections that nest together and slide forward when the unit is opened out.
Small black wheels fitted under the inner moving sections allow the sleeping surface to roll out from the base smoothly.
A pivoting joint connects the seat area to the backrest frame so the unit can fold between a sitting position and a flat sleeping position.
Pre-drilled holes along the tubing provide fixing points for the outer wooden frame, support slats and upholstery attachments.
